Joseph Penzone
Principal, Broker of Record
Joseph Penzone is the founder, principal, and Broker of Record for Penzone Realty, LLC, and a principal and Broker of Record for Penzone Property Management, LLC. He is actively licensed as a Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. He is a Board Member of the Gloucester County and Salem County Board of Realtors, while also active in Cape May County Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. His career began practicing architecture before making a transition to real estate development with a large office development firm in the suburbs of Philadelphia. From there he began acquiring his own real estate investments and development projects, which led to the formation of Penzone Realty as a group of professionals with shared philosophy and integrity. Penzone assists clients in the expansion of their real estate portfolios by identifying opportunities and envisioning their potential. Penzone oversees the acquisition teams by providing expert guidance on deal structuring, negotiations, risk mitigation techniques, and contract executions.
